Honors Program: A pathway to excellence.

HON 202/302: THE 7 PILLARS OF LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE

Describes theories of leadership and applies theory to practice through hands-on exercises, lectures, seminars, field work, workshops, symposium. Each student is responsible for undertaking a major project with a real-life example of a company or organization and applying leadership theory and strategies to this company.
